Well, it's finally happening; don't panic!

From: Sash | Posted: 6/26/2004 2:15:17 PM User Level: Administrator
I have known this time would come and I have been preparing for it. Tommorrow morning, I will be leaving for almost 3 weeks and will return on July 17, 2004. However, I have taken steps to make sure the game survives during this time. Chris and The Rad Red are both moderators as of now. They will moderate the forums. They will also handle the other aspects of the game. My Dad will check my e-mail and handle any adminstrative duties in my absence. (For example, he could delete a trouble maker, so don't think that you can just cheat in my absence.) If there is an urgent issue, e-mailing me would help as my dad would see it and tell me about it.

During my absence, there will be few new features implemented. However, when I am back, I will start coding new features right away.

When I first saw a new announcement, I assumed it was about Terms of Service. Well, I said everything else regarding this in private messages to Sasha, so have fun!

And by the way, just so none of you would get any ideas, his dad is better at fairness and everything than even Sasha is. Plus, he's a programmer, and a better one than Sasha, I'm sure.

He doesn't know anything about PHP/MySQL, he's just going to do what he is told to. He won't actually be dealing with all of you, making decisions, etc.

Of course, all programming languages are similar, and if you know one, you know them all... With deciphering and stuff... Well, I'm sure that if need be, your dad can do the necessary stuff...

My dad won't be programming, I already told you this. All he will do will run an occasional command on the DB as per my instructions.

Just e-mail my e-mail, my dad will read it. However, he does not have the time to program anything in this game. (Or learn the PHP language.) He has a full-time job, video games, etc. Not to mention, after you program all day at work, the last thing you want to do is program some more in your spare time. Believe me.

I mentioned it because of Tony's "hooker". That's the main character there-- Hooker.

Well I said the hooker because the hooker steals the glass egg in Risky Business. I also said that the hooker would steal the Sasha's MySQL database.

Are you the hooker TONYA?

Tonya is gay. I am "comfortable" with that. If it looks like a duck....

In "The Sting", Hooker rips off a millionaire and gets around 500,000 back in the 1920's. I'm almost sure it's based on a true story...

Wow that must be an old movie. Didn't movies have no sound during the "Roaring Twenties"? That is until "talkies" (movies with sound) came out.
